Saturday Portion of the 21st Annual Summit Racing Equipment Modified Mania for the MARS Modified Championship Powered by Summit Racing Equipment at Tri-City Speedway Canceled
FAIRBURY, IL (September 26, 2025) - Following the Friday night portion of the 21st annual Summit Racing Equipment Modified Mania, Tri-City Speedway officials, along with the MARS Modified Championship Powered by Summit Racing Equipment team, has mutually made the decision to cancel Saturday's scheduled event.
With challenging racetrack conditions on Friday evening, and driver's safety in mind, the track and series feel as if this is the best decision for all parties involved.
Next up for the MARS Championship Tours is Championship Weekend next Friday and Saturday (October 3 & 4) at Fairbury American Legion Speedway for the FALS Frenzy presented by GoSunoco!
MARS Late Model Championship Powered by FK Rod Ends will run a complete show each night for $5,000-to-win on Friday, October 3, while Saturday boasts a $12,000 top prize, with almost $50,000 being paid out just to that feature alone. The MARS Modified Championship Powered by Summit Racing Equipment will wrap up their 2025 campaign with two complete shows paying $2,000-to-win on Friday, October 3, and $3,000-to-win on Saturday, October 4.
